Alicia is an Organisational Psychologist, leadership coach, and strategic facilitator who believes that sustainable growth starts from within.

Over the past decade, Alicia has worked with leaders, teams, and organisations across Asia-Pacific and globally to navigate change, build confidence, and lead with clarity. Today, she brings this work into coaching, bespoke workshops, leadership training, and speaking engagements.

Professionally, Alicia brings a strong foundation in organisational psychology, leadership development, and wellbeing. She has led large-scale global training programmes, designed and facilitated senior leadership experiences, and worked closely with executives on strategy, culture, and transformation. Alongside this, she coaches individuals — particularly women and leaders — who are navigating moments of transition, self-doubt, burnout, or identity shifts in their careers and lives.

Having navigated burnout, self-doubt, and redefining success herself, she brings a deeply empathetic, grounded, and human approach to her coaching and facilitation.
